Waupaca Library Director Jerry Brown is retiring and staff hosted an Open house for him on August 29th. Representative Kevin Peterson presented Jerry with a plaque from the Wisconsin State government commending him for the many years of service. Retired librarians, friends and relatives were present to wish him well in his retirement. Pictured with Jerry Brown are Gerald Freier and Alderman Steve Hackett
